THESE ARE OUR STEPS FOR TOTAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  SITE SURVEY AND RESEARCH
An experienced PETROIMAGE Account Manager will meet to discuss your project scope, survey the site(s) and research all project challenges and inputs.

  ESTIMATING AND PLANNING
The project is submitted for estimating and a plan with budget is assembled to ensure that your project is completed in the most economical way, and the shortest time possible, with minimum impact on day-to-day operations.  A detailed contract with proposal is provided to you.

  PROJECT DESIGN AND SPECIFICATIONS
Once the contract is approved, a Project Manager is assigned to assist the Account Manager in project implementation.  The project is reviewed and submitted to our Design Department.  This department prepares a complete design package to include color renderings and the necessary documentation needed for project approval and implementation.

  DESIGN APPROVAL AND MUNICIPAL PERMITS
The design is submitted to you for approval and then forwarded to all necessary approval parties including the oil company representative, property manager and local municipality.  PETROIMAGE is experienced at preparing and negotiating all types of municipal approvals to include permits, variances, site development amendments and comprehensive sign plans.

  PROJECT PLANNING
The project team identifies all materials required for your project and communicates these needs to our purchasing agent. A detailed work order is prepared to outline the project to include any special requirements communicated from you to the project team.  The work order includes drawings, specifications and work sequence.  We will provide you a copy of the work order prior to project implementation to ensure that your requirements and expectations are included in the scope of work.

  MATERIAL PROCUREMENT
Upon permit approval, our purchasing agent orders materials from approved vendors and tracks and expedites the orders.  PETROIMAGE has long-standing accounts and relationships with almost all of the approved vendors that provides product to the petroleum imaging industry.

  MATERIAL RECEIPT INSPECTION
An important part of the project is receipt inspection of materials.  Your order is verified with product received, and all materials are inspected and staged in our warehouse for the project.  The materials are checked a second time when loaded on our trucks for transportation to the job-site.

  CUSTOM FABRICATION
PETROIMAGE is unique in that our parent company, Signs Plus, has the equipment, facilities and experience to fabricate all custom components required for your project.  Custom brackets, ACM fabrication, neon repair, custom signage, etc. are all fabricated by experienced craftsmen at our facilities.

  PRE-JOB PLANNING
A pre-job meeting is held with the Account Manager, Project Manager and Imaging Crew Leader prior to arriving at the jobsite.  This gives us the opportunity to review the work order, drawings, specifications, digital photos, and permits, and to discuss any other last minute pertinent information.

  PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION
This is the phase of the project where both our crews and your service station shine!!  More than 95% of our work, including sign installation, is handled by our trusted employees, which means we have direct control over your project.   Our crews are dispatched to your jobsite on the date that we have committed to you.   We will communicate to you the number of days that we expect to spend on the jobsite.  Our goal is to get in and out of your project as quickly as possible to minimize the impact on your customers and day-to-day operations.

  INSPECTIONS
Up to four (4) inspections will be conducted during or at the end of your project.  First, the Project Manager assigned to your project will inspect the jobsite for project compliance, municipal code compliance and cleanliness. Any punch list items will be corrected in a timely manner.  The Project Manager will ask you to inspect the completed project while he is onsite.  Following this inspection, we will request final inspection by the local municipality.  Finally, when applicable, the branding oil company may send a representative to your site to inspect for image compliance. PETROIMAGE will be on call to correct any discrepancies identified during this inspection.
